Susan represents public companies, as well as officers and directors, in connection with securities and class action lawsuits and related regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings. Her diverse litigation practice also includes complex tax-related litigation, partnership disputes, bankruptcy litigation, disputes relating to the ownership of valuable works of art, real estate and employment litigation, and a variety of complex commercial contract disputes.
