Klegon works with commercial banks, investment banks, debt fund affiliates of private equity firms, and other alternative lenders and borrowers in corporate and financing transactions such as leveraged financings, leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, refinancings, secured and unsecured lending transactions and workouts. Matthew also has experience working with issuers and underwriters in asset-backed securitizations.
