Career

Pedro Saullo has extensive experience in Public and Regulatory Law. Pedro provides full assistance to Brazilian and foreign clients in public tenders, execution of contracts with government entities, formation of partnerships between private and state-owned companies, privatization, and disputes arising therefrom, both in Courts and in the administrative level. He actively participated in projects for structuring concessions and public-private partnerships (PPP) either for the Government – federal, state and local levels – or for international organizations (e.g. International Finance Corporation – IFC). He also has extensive expertise working with regulatory issues with agencies in the highways, airports, sanitation, telecommunications, and railroads sectors.
