Malouf is co-head of M&A and Private Equity practice. Expert in M&A transactions, private equity investments, organization of structured investment funds, especially Equity Investment Funds (FIP), Real Estate Investment Funds (FII), and Credit Rights Investment Funds (FIDC). Malouf has extensive experience in the food and beverage, steel, cement, real estate, energy, services, technology, and retail. In addition to serving as head of our M&A practice, Malouf is also a member of the Asian Desk of our firm.
