Career

Erica’s practice focuses on antitrust and competition law. Her experience includes assisting companies and individuals in domestic and international cartel matters, mergers and acquisitions, and other competition issues. She has extensive expertise in advising clients on the application of the Brazilian antitrust law to complex commercial agreements and unilateral practices, e.g. involving pricing, licensing, distribution system, associative agreements, rebates programs, R&D, among others.
