Partner at Machado Meyer since 2001, Ivandro is head of the firm's Latin American & Iberian Desk, leading a multidisciplinary group of partners and associates, fluent in Spanish, who assist some of the main Spanish and Latin American investors in Brazil. Ivandro works on M&A transactions and highly complex negotiations. He also works on corporate governance issues, particularly in support of the management bodies of companies with high governance standards.
