Head of the labor and employment practice, Rodrigo has great expertise in complex and strategic labor- and employment-related matters, especially negotiations with labor unions and Brazilian labor authorities, strategic labor litigation (individual labor lawsuits and class actions), labor- and employment-related consultancy and preventive legal assistance to national and international clients.

Admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association. Member of São Paulo Lawyers Association and International Bar Association.

Received his LL.B, post-graduate and master��s degrees in Labor and Employment Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Also studied Continuing education course in Negotiation at Fundação Getúlio Vargas Brazil.
