Yujin represents clients in trade litigation before U.S. agencies and international organizations and advises companies and sovereign entities on U.S. law and policy affecting international trade and business. Yujin has represented several foreign companies in Asia in U.S. investigations conducted under U.S. trade remedy law. She also represents sovereign governments in WTO disputes and advises governments and companies on U.S. and international trade policy.
