Represents clients in a wide variety of matters relating to federal criminal and regulatory enforcement actions and corporate internal investigations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, export control and sanctions laws and regulations, securities laws, federal contracts, electronic surveillance and other national security-related issues. He has particular expertise in the investigation and trial of cross-border criminal matters from his time in private practice and as a terrorism prosecutor including his role as trial prosecutor in United States v. Usama bin Laden (the East Africa Embassy Bombing Trial).
