Elizabeth advises on marketing and advertising, including claim evaluation, and handles copyright, patent, and unfair competition matters. While many disputes can be settled, Elizabeth is experienced in all aspects of intellectual property litigation, including jury trials, covering trademark, copyright, patent infringement, false advertising, and internet issues. She has extensive experience litigating before the US Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and Federal courts nationwide. Additionally, Elizabeth is committed to pro bono work, representing organizations like the Center for Women and Public Policy and other nonprofits for many years.
