Career

Lindsay acts as an advisor to companies and creators in the fashion and retail, art, media and entertainment, and technology sectors. She assists brands and creators in safeguarding and monetizing their most valuable assets and represents clients in matters related to trademark, copyright, and design patent infringement, trademark dilution, defamation, breach of contract, and other related claims in both federal and state courts.

In her litigation practice, Lindsay addresses issues of trademark and copyright registrability at the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the Copyright Office Review Board. She collaborates with foreign counsel to manage her clients' international disputes and coordinate claims and defenses in global cases. Her clients include notable fashion, entertainment brands and manufacturing companies, such as Alexander Wang, RBX Active Apparel, Buzzfeed, Inc., and W.J. Deutsch & Sons Ltd.

Memberships

Lindsay serves as Advisory Board Member for The Center for Art Law; Fellow for the Legal Council on Legal Diversity; Famous Marks Committee Member for the International Trademark Association (INTA); American Mock Trial Association at Iona College Mock Trial Tournament, Judge; and is an Ad Hoc Subcommittee Member for the ABA Committee 106 (Patent Litigation). She has also received the Ladas Memorial Award by INTA (Judge)
