Mamta concentrates her practice on assisting employers in the design, implementation, administration, and compliance of qualified retirement plans, including 401(k) plans, profit-sharing plans and defined benefit plans, health and welfare benefits arrangements, and cash-based non-qualified deferred compensation plans. Mamta assists employers in the preparation of plan documents and employee communications, including summary plan descriptions and legally required notices, in a manner that is understandable by employees.

Mamta addresses unique governance and fiduciary issues that impact tax-qualified retirement plans to minimize the fiduciary risks of sponsoring and administering such plans, such as establishing benefit plan committees and fiduciary training materials. Mamta also provides strategic advice to public and private companies on all aspects of incentive-based compensation plans, including compliance with the myriad of laws governing such plans (such as Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code).
