Jasjit is an experienced patent attorney with a diverse practice focusing on patent litigation, prosecution, and counseling. With nearly two decades of experience, Jasjit helps clients navigate the challenges of procuring, licensing, and litigating patents. Jasjit has successfully handled over 60 patent litigation cases in US district courts, International Trade Commission, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. In addition to litigation, Jasjit is trusted by clients to oversee development and management of global patent portfolio and provide freedom to operate opinions. Jasjit has also led IP due diligence for technology acquisitions in excess of $1.4 billion.
