Employment

Helen is a partner in the City office, specialising in employment law. She is a Tribunal specialist and has particular expertise in business reorganisations (TUPE and redundancy), business protection (confidentiality and restrictive covenants) and all aspects of discrimination and whistleblowing. She also advises senior executives at the start and/or end of their employment/partnership arrangements. Over recent years, Helen’s employer clients have included Sports Direct, Atos, Arqiva, Arab National Bank, Shawbrook Bank, US Embassy, various asset management and private wealth organisations, tech start-ups and some charitable/not for profit entities such as National Army Museum and Quit.
