He advises and represents healthcare providers, health plans, Medicare Advantage plans, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology and life sciences companies, and clinical laboratories at all stages of investigations,  litigation, arbitrations, and at trial. Additionally, Dunphy is a trusted adviser for clients navigating government investigations and whistleblower complaints regarding alleged violations of the federal False Claims Act and similar state laws. He maintains an active pro bono practice and has dedicated more than a decade to advising a nonprofit focused on advancing the study, treatment, and prevention of the effects of concussions and other brain trauma in athletes and other at-risk groups. Dunphy’s arrival follows the recent addition of veteran white collar defense attorney and former Assistant U.S. Attorney Giselle Joffre to the firm’s Boston office.
