    Position

    Ribas is partner in Azevedo Sette Advogados’ Corporate M&A practice in Belo Horizonte office. He draws upon more than 20 years’ experience advising clients in complex transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, contracts and corporate matters.

    Career

    Before joining Azevedo Sette, he was Judicial assistant to judge Roberto Borges in the Court of Appeal of the State of Minas Gerais (Décima Câmara Cível do TJMG), 2003-2005, and worked as In-house counsel to Arcelor Mittal, 2006-2007.
