Position
Sette is senior partner and head of Azevedo Sette Advogados’ Corporate M&A practice in São Paulo office. He draws upon more than 25 years’ extensive experience in complex transactions involving commercial contracts, foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property matters to companies, domestic and foreign investment funds, and shareholders.
Education
LL.B. from PUC/MG Law School, he was admitted to practice in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, 1989. Master’s Degree from University of Pennsylvania, EUA (LL.M., 1995).
