Miraglia is partner in Azevedo Sette Advogados’ Corporate M&A practice in Belo Horizonte office. He draws upon more than 20 years’ experience advising clients in complex transactions involving commercial contracts, foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions, specially to Energy, and Mining sectors.
Education
LL.B. from UFMG Law School, he was admitted to practice in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, in 1996. He has a Master’s Degree in Corporate / M&A and Business Finance at University of Chicago, EUA (LL.M., 2002).
