Souza is a partner in the Capital Market, Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions practice in São Paulo office. With almost 20 years of experience, she has successfully assisted with complex mergers and acquisitions, corporate demands and succession and equity planning in our office.

She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Law from Insper, has certification in Financial and Capital Markets from ANBIMA and specialization in Merger & Acquisition at Trevisan Business School, having graduated from Largo São Francisco Law School. (USP).
