Natasha is partner in Azevedo Sette Advogados’ Corporate and Infrastructure practices in São Paulo office. He draws upon more than 10 years’ experience advising clients in complex transactions involving corporate practice, mergers and acquisitions, administrative law, infrastructure, public-private partnerships (PPP), project finance, and investments.
Education
LL.B. from the Law School of Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, she was admitted to practice in São Paulo, Brazil, in 2012. She has a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from INSPER/SP (2015).
