Caldeira is partner of Azevedo Sette Advogados’ Corporate practice in Belo Horizonte office. She draws upon more than 20 years’ experience advising clients in complex transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, and corporate matters, especially to Mining and Technology sectors.

Caldeira is professor of Corporate and M&A in the Program for Development of Shareholders – PDA at Fundação Dom Cabral and of the course Legal Challenges on Doing Business in Latin America for the Master of International Business of the French business school Skema. She is also the author of several publications regarding her field of work.
