Viana is partner of Azevedo Sette Advogados’ Tax practice in Belo Horizonte office. She draws upon more than 15 years’ experience in Tax Consulting, Planning and Litigation (defending and representing clients in strategic tax matters).
Career
Before joining Azevedo Sette, she was a manager (2011-2012), senior associate (2006-2011), and head of Tax practice (2004-2006) in Brazil’s leading law firms. She worked as Tax Consultant at FGV/MG (2011-2012), and trainee in the District Attorney’s, Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais (2001-2003).
Viana is former professor in Tax Law at PUC Virtual (2008-2009). She is author of articles to FISCOSOFT, APET, Migalhas and O TEMPO newspaper.

LL.B. from Faculdade Milton Campos Law School, she was admitted to practice in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, 2004. Clarissa has specialization in Tax (2005) in the same university. She is specialized in Litigation (New Brazilian Code of Civil Procedure) at UFMG (2017), Income Tax at IAED / CEDIN (2012), and Accounting Course for Non Accountants at Meritus (2011).
