Souza is a partner in the Capital Market, Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions practice in São Paulo office. With almost 20 years of experience, she has successfully assisted with complex mergers and acquisitions, corporate demands and succession and equity planning in our office.

Before joining Azevedo Sette, Souza worked as a corporate manager and associate in Corporate M&A practice (2001–2015) in Brazil’s leading law firms.
