João Paulo is partner at Belo Horizonte’s office Tax practice.

He carries more than 13 years of experience in Tax Litigation (administrative and judicial levels) as well as Tax Consulting matters.

João Paulo was a professor in tax matters on Postgraduate, Extension and MBA courses in Center for Law and Business Studies (CEDIN Faculty). The partner is author of several articles in books and specialized publications regarding Tax Law.

He has experience and direct action in complex tax cases for clients in sectors such as food and beverage, agribusiness, automotive, construction and engineering, pharmaceutical, transportation, industry in general, mining, steel and timber.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Law School of Faculdade Milton Campos and Accounting from the same institution. Besides, he is post graduated in Corporate Law from Faculdade Milton Campos and post graduated in Tax Law from Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies - IBET.
