Flavio Rodrigues is an expert in pension funds legislation, leading a group of more than 20 lawyers only focus in pension funds operations. Former CEO of the Rio de Janeiro State Pension Fund (RIOPREVIDÊNCIA). Elected “The Best Lawyer in Pension Fund” for the magazine Revista Investidor Institucional for several years. Editor of the book of technical articles “Revista de Previdência” (Publisher: Ed. Gramma), now in the 14th Volume. Author of two books: “Fundos de Pensão de Servidores Públicos” (“Pension Funds for Public Servants”) and “Fundos de Pensão: Temas Jurídicos” (“Pension Funds: Legal Topics”) (Publisher: Ed. Renovar). He has several quote passages in Superior Court of Justice judgments.

He holds a Bachelor of Law from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), an MBA in Pension Funds from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), a Postgraduate Degree in Executive Retreat on Pension Reform from Harvard University, and a Master in Tax Law from Universidade Cândido Mendes.
