Environmental practice encompasses environmental crisis response, regulatory counseling, litigation and project authorization. Coordinates litigation, regulatory negotiation and rulemaking as counsel to several Texas industry coalitions responding to emerging environmental requirements. Represents clients before state and federal courts in environmental enforcement actions, citizen suits and rule challenges.
