Senior Associate

Gabriela Alvarez advises clients on the design, disclosure and implementation of executive compensation arrangements and employee benefit plans, including employment agreements, consulting and severance arrangements, change in control plans and retention programs, cash and equity incentive arrangements, qualified retirement plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans and welfare benefit plans. Gabriela also advises clients on the employee benefits and executive compensation aspects of mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs and divestitures and public offerings.
