These have included claims before U.S. courts and foreign tribunals, and other matters concerning construction, energy, natural resources, telecommunications, intellectual property, financial services, internal corporate investigation, fraud, securities, real estate, government contracts, pharmaceuticals, commodities, employment, fashion, publishing, venture capital, trust, licensing and distribution. Edward has been the lead counsel in over 300 evidentiary hearings and numerous court appearances.
