Career

Bridget focuses on securities enforcement, internal investigations, corporate compliance and white collar defense. She regularly defends her clients in investigations that cover all areas of the securities laws, including potential accounting issues, disclosure concerns, FCPA/anticorruption issues, unregistered initial coin offerings, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) sweeps, insider trading, and a wide variety of whistle-blower allegations. She also audits and develops compliance programs in these areas.

Serves as Co-Chair of firmwide Litigation Department. Previously worked in the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, where she conducted investigations involving the antifraud provisions of the federal securities laws, proxy violations, insider trading, disclosure and reporting violations. Recipient of the Enforcement Division Director’s Award for Trial Work.
