David represents clients on energy project development and transactions, including LNG, gas-to-power, small-scale LNG, gas pipelines, gas sales, petrochemicals, hydrogen and carbon capture and sequestration. Clients rely on David to provide them with practical solutions to structure and negotiate their complex projects and transactions. Clients regularly seek David's advice on energy projects in the United States and internationally, including Latin America.
