Benjamin Koodrich focuses on representing clients in examinations, appeals, and litigation with the Internal Revenue Service, California Franchise Tax Board, and other state and local governmental agencies. He represents clients in United States Tax Court and taxpayers in refund litigation in United States District Court and the Superior Court of California. He has experience in income, estate, and gift tax matters, as well as property tax disputes.
