Stuart is dual U.S./English law qualified and advises on a range of corporate and commercial transactions in the Telecommunications and Technology sectors. Often of a global nature, Stuart focuses on M&A, joint ventures, debt financings and infrastructure projects.
Stuart has specific experience in transactions involving the deployment, acquisition and operation of digital infrastructure including with respect to broadband and subsea networks.
Stuart has significant industry experience, having spent nearly ten years in general counsel roles for telecoms multinationals, including as International General Counsel for MCI WorldCom (now Verizon). Stuart has also worked for leading law firms based in both London and New York.
