Amnart Pitakgorn advises clients on a wide range of business transactions and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, the formation of joint ventures, commercial and strategic transactions. Amnart Pitakgorn is a partner in the Corporate & Commercial, Insurance, Real Estate, and Hotel/Resort & Property Development Practice Groups at Baker McKenzie’s Bangkok office. His insurance work pertains primarily to M&A and post-acquisition business integration, obtaining increased foreign shareholding approval, and various aspects of insurance regulation. He has developed such a deep understanding and vast knowledge of insurance laws that he is trusted by clients to handle regulatory matters and often guides and mentors associates in the insurance practice. Amnart utilizes his experience and expertise in the Thai insurance industry, as he best understands the nature of each company and the nature of portfolios.
