Lara Camille Lee is a partner working with Quisumbing Torres' Corporate & Commercial/M&A Practice Group. She is a member of the Firm's Consumer Goods & Retail and Healthcare & Life Sciences Industry Groups. She is also a member of the Competition Focus Group. She has nine years of experience in advising and representing clients on various domestic and cross-border transactions. She ranked 5th in her batch upon graduation from the Ateneo de Manila Law School.

Lara is experienced in matters related to corporate and commercial agreements, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring in the Philippines.
