Andrew Martin is a principal in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group in Singapore. He is recognised as a leading lawyer by legal directories such as Legal 500. He trained and initially worked in England, followed by several years in Hong Kong and Australia before settling in Singapore in 2002.

Andrew is a corporate and commercial lawyer with a particular focus on cross-border M&A and joint ventures, including post-acquisition integration and restructuring. He also advises extensively on compliance and governance matters especially anti-bribery issues where he supports clients on their internal investigation and compliance programs. His practice covers and contacts span the wider ASEAN region giving him a sound understanding of operating in Southeast Asia. He advises both multinational companies and private equity houses from Asia, the US and Europe on their investments and business conduct in the region.
