Charlotte Rüegg is an avid transaction lawyer at Baker McKenzie's Banking & Finance and Capital Markets teams in Zurich. Her practice is dedicated to finance transactions, banking and capital markets law. In addition to her role at Baker McKenzie, Charlotte serves as an editor for a well-known law journal specialising in banking and capital markets law. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Charlotte honed her expertise in finance transactions while working with another major Swiss law. Charlotte holds an LL.M. degree in international financial law from King's College London and has experience as a research assistant at the University of St. Gallen. Charlotte is admitted to practice in Switzerland.

Charlotte provides expert advice to clients on debt finance transactions, including syndicated financings, acquisition finance, project finance, bond offerings and other securities transactions. She also offers comprehensive corporate legal support.
