Napas joined Baker McKenzie in 2011 and became a partner in 2023. She is a member of the Financial Services Practice Group and currently focuses her practice within the EMI Projects Practice Group. She has been actively involved in both cross-border as well as domestic transactions in relation to project development, project financing, and mergers and acquisitions in the power and renewable energy sectors (particularly solar and rooftop solar), O&G, and petrochemical, as well as capital markets and securities, and general banking and finance matters. With her multicultural background growing up in USA, Hong Kong and Indonesia and her law degrees from both the UK and Thailand, she is highly skilled and experienced in representing both international and domestic project owners, potential acquirers, sponsors and syndicated lenders on a wide range of international and cross-border projects.
