Theeranit joined Baker McKenzie in 2013 and is now one of the key partners in the Labour and Employment and Corporate and M&A Practice Groups, handling a number of high profile clients across a wide spectrum of legal issues. He advises clients on a whole range of employment laws and corporate and commercial laws, with a particular focus on immigration, global mobility, fraud and discrimination and harassment investigations, work safety as well as all employment aspects of merger and acquisition and post-acquisition integration advice. Theeranit has also been active in assisting clients with emerging requirements on human rights due diligence and ESG compliance risk assessment in the supply chains.
