Kullarat joined Baker McKenzie, Bangkok in 2008 and is based in Sydney. She is a Special Counsel in the Financial Services Practice Group with her practice focus in fintech. She represents leading players in global, regional, and local markets, including financial institutions, tech companies, fintech companies, digital asset business operators, payment system and payment service providers, telcos, startups, and other digital businesses on matters related to the use of technology and digitalization in financial markets. Her expertise includes fintech laws and projects, payment systems and payment services, equity and debt crowdfunding and P2P lending, blockchain-based and other digital platforms, digital assets, digital banking, digital consumer finance, data analytics and alternative credit adjudication, investments and collaborations in fintech, financial laws, financial market regulations, AML/CFT including e-KYC/e-authentication, technology law, securities law, derivatives law, and exchange control law, as well as laws and regulations relating to finance and technology.
