Komkrit joined Baker McKenzie in 1994 and became a partner in 1999, during which time he also worked at the London office. He is Head of the Structured Finance Practice Group and is active in the Banking & Finance, Capital Markets & Derivatives Practice Groups. Komkrit has over 25 years of in-depth financial industry knowledge and he led the launch of Bangkok's fintech and digital assets specialty groups. Komkrit’s practice includes extensive representation of corporate and financial clients on a broad range of international and domestic banking and finance issues including capital markets, derivatives and structured finance, project finance, fintech, blockchain, digital assets, bankruptcy, and regulatory matters.
