Pukkapol joined Baker McKenzie in 2013. He is active in a number of areas including capital markets, corporate, and securities laws and regularly advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, securities and listing regulations, takeover rules, commercial law and laws governing banks and other financial institutions. He also advises clients on securities and M&A transactions under the supervision of the authorities, particularly the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Stock Exchange of Thailand, and the Ministry of Commerce. Pukkapol provides legal advice to listed companies in relation to their operation and compliance with securities laws and other laws applicable to their operation, including handling a variety of securities transactions, including listing on Thai and foreign stock exchanges, domestic and international initial public offering.

Pukkapol is also experienced in advising listed and non-listed companies in their domestic and global cross border acquisitions, providing legal advice and conducting due diligence investigations in relation to merger and acquisition and joint venture transactions, including the preparation of sale and purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and other commercial documents.
