Senior Associate

Onur focuses on M&A, banking and financing transactions, capital markets and corporate matters, as well as real estate-related issues.

He is experienced in domestic and cross-border acquisition transactions including due diligence reviews, commenting and reviewing of share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements and relevant corporate documents, He is also specialized in banking finance and project finance transactions including reviewing of loan agreements and security documents. He also has a deep experience in reviewing of loan agreements regarding export credit agency (ECA) credit facilities and murabaha agreements with regard to murabaha facilities.

He also concentrates on capital market transactions; particularly on IPO transactions and investments of venture capital investment funds.
