Peryhane is a Senior associate at Helmy, Hamza & Partners, Baker McKenzie Cairo.

Peryhane focuses on corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions as well as project finance and banking. She assists on a daily basis various multinationals operating in the healthcare and telecommunication sectors in routine corporate and commercial matters.

Arabic, English and French.

Peryhane was admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association in 2018.

Peryhane obtained an LLB from Cairo University's Faculty of Law in 2015. She later went on to earn a Master's degree in International and European Business Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Institut De Droit des Affairs Internationales (IDAI) in 2017.
