Petra Jilgová-Benešová serves as head of Baker McKenzie Prague’s Corporate Registration Department. She supervises all client corporate changes and their subsequent registration with the Commercial Register. Petra graduated from the Law Faculty of the Charles University in Prague in 1997.
Petra’s practice focuses on corporate law, banking and finance, and mergers and acquisitions. She handles a broad range of banking and finance matters, providing complex structuring and regulatory advice in connection with mergers, acquisitions — including privatization transactions — and corporate restructurings.
