Itse Oosterhoff chairs the Amsterdam-based team and leads on contract disputes, director’s and shareholder liability litigation and commercial fraud cases. Co-leads Wibren Veldhuizen and Harald van Dobbenburgh are the go-to for tax issues, while fellow co-lead Benjamin van Kessel handles IP matters. Netherlands > Dispute resolution: Commercial litigation

Baker McKenzie‘s dispute resolution team is co-led by litigation experts Frank Kroes and Itse Oosterhoff. The team advises on corporate litigation, including post-M&A disputes, shareholder and joint venture cases, and issues relating to insolvency and restructuring. Advising the energy sector on construction disputes is another area of expertise of the team. Other than construction disputes, the team also advises energy sector clients on cartel damages and commercial litigation. Kroes and Oosterhoff are supported by a strong team of disputes-focused associates, including Sjef Janssen, Joris Oudelaar and Rutger Doorduyn.
