Associate

Trevor Taniguchi is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing his practice on commercial litigation matters. Trevor litigates in both state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels.

Trevor has extensive experience in civil litigation and criminal investigations. He has defended claims involving personal injury, employment discrimination, the False Claims Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, antitrust allegations, toxic torts, products liability, and white collar offenses. Additionally, as a former prosecutor, he has managed law enforcement investigations of public officials, including conducting witness interviews, holding proffer sessions, and negotiating cooperation agreements.
