Kelly M. Wrenn is a member of Ballard Spahr's Elected Board and leads its Banking and Financial Services Industry Team. He is a lawyer who focuses on a wide range of transactional matters, with an emphasis on business finance transactions, real estate law, and commercial loan servicing.
