Career

Kimberly D. Magrini serves as counsel to investment banking firms and investors, municipalities, issuers, and trustees in all types of public finance and municipal securities transactions. Her experience also includes representing a variety of 501(c)(3) organizations, including hospitals and other health care organizations, colleges and universities, and museums.

Kim focuses her practice on various municipal securities law issues, municipal finance and asset recovery, project finance (including bioenergy facilities and public-private partnerships), and housing finance. Through a secondment to the investment banking legal department at Goldman Sachs covering public finance, Kim has experience handling various legal, regulatory and compliance issues related to municipal securities, including remarketings, commercial paper programs, the municipal advisor rule, G-17 considerations, other MSRB rules, and internal policies and procedures.

Kim represented the USA Women's rugby National Team as a player from 2006 to 2011, co-captaining the squad competing in the Women's Rugby World Cup in 2010. She served as an International Athlete representative to USA Rugby Congress and a member of the Athlete's Advisory Council to USA Rugby and the U.S. Olympic Committee for the sport of Rugby. Kim also served as Chairperson, and in other board capacities, for Keystone Griffins Rugby Club, a Philadelphia-area women's rugby club, from 2007 to 2014.
