Henrique Gaede is a founding partner. He is responsible for our Curitiba office and is currently chairperson of our Executive Committee. He has over 30 years’ experience as a lawyer and focuses on tax and corporate law issues. He advises clients in corporate restructuring and tax planning and management. He provides companies with a rich view of the law. His clients come from the automotive, food and beverage, lumber and textile industries in the south of Brazil.

Mr. Gaede has strong ties to universities and teaches applied tax legislation and tax planning in undergraduate and graduate programs in finance and MBA programs.

Mr. Gaede is a member of the Consultative Committee of the Brazilian Institute of Financial Executives (IBEF) in Paraná, where he has served two terms as president. He is currently the National Vice President of the Brazilian Institute of Financial Executives. He is also a member of the Paraná State Board of the Brazilian Bar Association, where he chairs the 10th Selection Committee of the Society of Lawyers. He is also a member of the Special Committee for Budget and Accounts.

He earned a post-graduation degree in Corporate Law and Economy from Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV), a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Administration and Economy University – FAE, and a bachelor’s degree in law from Federal University of Paraná – UFPR.
