Antonio Pacheco works in our Tax Law, Corporate and Contract advising areas at our office in Curitiba. He has a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, succession, estate and corporate planning, cross-border transactions and equity ownership and management (with family control). He is highly skilled in the negotiation of corporate conflicts and works as a family management advisor at major Brazilian companies.

Mr. Pacheco is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Financial Executives (IBEF) in the state of Paraná, the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC), the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Brazilian Association of Fiscal Law (IBDF), among others.
